The service I received was very welcoming and was overall a good stay. The rooms are of good size and have adequate facilities. On the recent visit, I wanted to have a meal but was told the kitchen was closed. Other than that, there were no problems or issues.

Great hotel for the price, been staying here for work the last 3 weeks. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The food is very good and all staff are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly stuff comfortable rooms great river view and London view perfect bar and restaurant highly recommended.i have stayed at yesterday and day before with my kids and %100 I will chase to get a room in there again soon ❤️😘🥰🧿

Well priced rooms. Good location if you’re around the East of London. The rooms are spacious and great value however it is not necessarily a luxurious hotel. I use this hotel often when I have work in the area.

Is fare offer with low price, Lovely stuff. Two things could be improved is the heating and the hotel has scaffold at the side of building should be offering higher level protection. It ain’t got no scaffold Protection Foam

Room was clean but a bit run down. Could do with a refurb. Staff were nice and helpful. Bed was clean and smelled fresh. Nice breakfast

This hotel has been a godsend for me and my work. It is very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

Great friendly service and food was very tasty..the views of the river Thames from the bar was very pleasant and the maritime theme was done very well..Couldn't speak about the rooms has I didn't see them..

Good points: Staff friendly Great location Wide choice on the pub menu Check in was straightforward Bed was very comfortable and clean Loved watches the boats go past. Bad points: Parking was a nightmare External accommodation building was awful No bath mat or hand towel 2 bath towels were damp (had been washed but not dried) Toilet rolls "rationed"(can pick one up from reception) No room service, so tea/coffee/milk not replenished No iron available No hairdryer Went for breakfast - empty room, no one there and no indication that breakfast was available. Someone eventually came and asked what i wanted. Asked for beans on toast ....." no sorry, not on the menu" but a full English was 🤔 so no breakfast for me. Everything is tired and really dirty. Images will speak for themselves. Lots of men having parties in the rooms. Didn't feel entirely safe for a female solo traveller. (Travel often, never felt unsafe before) Only stayed due to the convenience of the location.

Well, first the good points- hotel was a very convenient location for me and the price was reasonable. The room was spacious and on the whole very clean with an extremely comfortable bed, nice crisp clean bedding and decently furnished. It had some nice extra touches such as a fan and an extra heater, towels were fluffy and clean and the sink/shower/hospitality tray, floors were all very clean and all in all it was great for the price. The lady who checked me in was friendly. Breakfast was tasty and good for the price, although having prepaid, my choice was limited to either full English or vegetarian English breakfast (there were other things I would have preferred but there was no option to upgrade, and only 1 cup of tea or coffee was included, no other choice of drink.) So, there were a few bad points- the hotel is very obviously undergoing refurbishment with scaffolding up and lots of debris in the car park (which was tight for space but I did get parked ok, and there was on street parking also) The decor was reasonably fresh but there were dirty splashes on the wall by the towel rail and the bathroom door was grim! The floor is bare painted floorboards and there were several uneven areas with a board particularly badly sticking up near the bed. The hotel is a charming little old building so I forgive it some quirks but this was rather dangerous! The bathroom is on several levels which was odd at first but I got used to it. The other main issue was that there is a door at the back of the room leading out to the riverside garden area (how lovely this could be with a bit of tlc!) But after I opened the door during the night for some air, I could not close the lock again, however there was a sturdy bolt at the top so I decided not to get dressed and go to seek help but rather trust the bolt for security. I did raise it with reception in the morning and they said someone would have been available to help if I had asked (it was gone midnight and I decided not to worry about it!) but I hope they will fix the issue for the next guest! Further to the above… hotel asked for feedback and I replied with similar comments… I had a really lovely reply from the hotel and they said they would be fixing the problems with the floorboard and the door, they are in the process of making improvements so it will be better in future… I’d recommend the hotel if the location works because it is good value and the management seems responsible and keen to help.
